Donating is quick and easy

Fill out the short form below with the make, model, year and condition. Running or not, we’d love to hear about it.
We arrange pickup
We’ll contact you, usually within two business days, to confirm details and schedule a free tow at a time that works for you.
Sign over the title
Have your vehicle title ready at pickup. We’ll explain exactly what to sign and how to handle your license plates.
Receive your tax receipt
We send a written acknowledgment for your records, and IRS Form 1098-C when required.

What vehicles do you accept?
We accept most cars, trucks, SUVs and vans, whether they run or not. If you’re unsure, fill out the form and we’ll let you know.
Is my vehicle donation tax-deductible?
Wings of Grace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations are generally tax-deductible for people who itemize. Under IRS rules, if your vehicle sells for more than $500, your deduction is generally limited to the gross amount it sells for, and we’ll send you Form 1098-C within 30 days of the sale. If it sells for $500 or less, you can generally deduct the lesser of $500 or its fair market value. Please consult a tax professional about your own situation.
Do I need the title?
Yes. In Ohio, the title must be signed over to transfer ownership. If your title is lost, contact your county Clerk of Courts title office for a duplicate, and let us know so we can help.
How does my donation help?
Vehicles are typically sold, and the proceeds fund Wings of Grace programs: emergency supplies after disasters, crisis aid for families, and the ministry’s day-to-day work in our community.
